Founded in 2023 by Laura Janssens and Loïc Croegaert, kiosk brussels is a dynamic architectural office with a primary focus on urban and constructive interventions aimed at enhancing existing conditions and qualities.

Kiosk brussels has engaged in a diverse array of projects  spanning various scales. Rooted in the dense Belgian context, the office’s portfolio distinctly leans towards the re-use of existing structures and renovations. The design method of kiosk brussels is centered around viewing architecture as a flexible tool for developing possibilities rather than providing rigid and permanent solutions.

Laura, a passionate lover of Brussels, completed her Master of Engineering Architecture at the KU Leuven in 2013, following an enriching experience in São Paulo, Brazil. Before co-founding kiosk brussels in 2023 with Loïc, she worked at AgwA for 3,5 years and later joined &bogdan (formerly BOGDAN & VAN BROECK) in 2016.

Similarly devoted to the city of Brussels, Loïc graduated from Sint-Lucas Ghent (now KU Leuven) in 2013, having undergone an exchange program in Istanbul. He gained practical experience at IO-architecten before becoming part of &bogdan in 2015. In 2023, Loïc co-founded kiosk brussels with Laura.

Their shared commitment to the architectural development of Brussels and their extensive professional backgrounds contribute to the office’s innovative and contextually sensitive approach to design and urban interventions.
